Let a dying person die believing something false?
A close relative is dying. They hold a deeply cherished belief — about a person, an event, or their own legacy — that you know to be wrong. Correcting them would cause real distress with no practical benefit. Staying silent or gently agreeing would give them peace in their final days. You have days, perhaps hours, left with them.
