I cringe at other people's embarrassment harder than my own
This is called 'vicarious embarrassment' or 'fremdschämen' in German — the experience of feeling ashamed on someone else's behalf. It activates the same brain regions as personal embarrassment, often at higher intensity because you can observe the social situation more clearly than the person experiencing it.
